The World AIDS Day RED RUN 2026 is back - and we want Mildmay supporters in the starting line-up. Join us on 21 November at Victoria Park, East London, for 5K or 10K of running, walking, community and celebration. Every pound raised goes directly to our HIV care services in the UK and our life-changing work in Uganda.

Our Winter Appeal launches today. We’re aiming to raise £30,000 to protect the vital care Mildmay provides for people facing HIV, neurocognitive illness and homelessness.
