For over 40 years (since our reopening), Mildmay has been a beacon of care in east London. In 2025 we marked four decades since our re-establishment as a charity, and produced a special commemorative book sharing stories from the patients, staff and supporters who shaped that history.

2024–2025: a period of change

The last two years have brought significant change: a new name, Mildmay Hospital, and the move of Mildmay Kenya to independent operation. We used this period to strengthen our internal structures and services, and chose not to produce standalone impact reports for 2024 or 2025 while that work was underway. Our progress through these years is set out in our annual accounts. Full impact reporting resumes in 2026.
