More ways to give

The different ways you can donate to Mildmay

Your support makes all the difference. At Mildmay, giving takes many forms, and each one helps us provide compassionate, specialist care to people who might otherwise fall through the cracks, whether they’re living with complex health needs, facing homelessness, or rebuilding their lives after illness.

There are many ways to give, and each one helps sustain our hospital services in London and our international work. Whether you choose to give today, give regularly, or plan a future gift, you are helping people live with dignity, stability and hope.

How you can give

You might choose to:

  • Support us financially with a donation or regular gift

  • Give your time by volunteering or supporting our work in practical ways

  • Raise funds through challenges, events or personal appeals

  • Use your voice to help raise awareness of Mildmay and the people we suppor

Remember that our online donation form is the simplest and quickest way to donate. You can donate from your bank account or by card, set up a Direct Debit, and sort out Gift Aid all in one go.

Why your support matters

Gifts to Mildmay help fund specialist care at Mildmay Hospital in London, supporting people with complex health needs, including those affected by homelessness and long-term conditions.

They also enable our international programmes, which focus on strengthening health systems, training professionals, and improving access to care in underserved settings.

Together, this work reflects Mildmay’s long-standing commitment to responding to need both locally and globally, with compassion, expertise and respect.

“Supporting Mildmay feels meaningful because I know my gift is helping people both here in London and in communities overseas. It’s care that reaches beyond borders.”

Thank you

Every gift, in whatever form it takes, helps Mildmay continue its work in the UK and internationally. We are deeply grateful for your support.

Our donors

Mildmay’s work is supported by the generosity of thousands of individuals like you, as well as companies, charitable trusts, churches and other organisations and community groups.

Where your money goes

Mildmay needs to raise funds for many charitable purposes.

Every single contribution that you make to our work in either the UK or Africa impacts the lives of the most vulnerable people - those for which our founders, the Reverend William Pennefather and Catherine, his wife, established Mildmay over 150 years ago.
