The World AIDS Day RED RUN 2026 is back - and we want Mildmay supporters in the starting line-up. Join us on 21 November at Victoria Park, East London, for 5K or 10K of running, walking, community and celebration. Every pound raised goes directly to our HIV care services in the UK and our life-changing work in Uganda.

This year’s World AIDS Day Red Run brought thousands of people together in a cold, wet, but incredibly inspiring show of solidarity. The event raised over £216,000 for 31 HIV charities, with Team Mildmay contributing our highest total yet. A day full of love and community, honouring the heroes who shaped the HIV movement and reminding us how much we can achieve together.

Support the Education Exchange Programme: fund UK clinicians to gain life-changing experience in Uganda, strengthen local healthcare, and bring back skills that benefit patients and the NHS at home. Every donation helps save lives abroad and at home.

We’re thrilled to announce a generous £3,100 donation from TfL’s OUTbound Colleague Network, raised through their special edition Pride Roundel Pin Badge celebrating Mildmay’s legacy in HIV care and LGBTQIA+ support. This gift honours our shared history and supports our work with people living with complex health needs. Huge thanks to OUTbound and Vice Chair Alex Garnett-Scherer for their incredible support!

In May 1938, Queen Mary visited the hospital to open the new Outpatients, drawing national attention to Mildmay.
