Today is International Nurses Day, 12 May - Florence Nightingale's birthday. At Mildmay, our nurses are at the heart of everything we do. They work with patients living with complex health and social needs, meeting them with skill, patience, and a steady belief that everyone deserves dignity and a chance to recover. Mildmay's nursing legacy stretches back 160 years, and today we celebrate the nurses who continue that work every day. Happy International Nurses Day 2026.

Thanks to your generosity, our Winter Appeal has exceeded its target, raising an incredible £33,800! This vital funding will safeguard our Hospital Chaplaincy and specialist Patient Support services for the year ahead.
