Congratulations and enormous thanks to everyone who did the London Walk last Friday night, which brought the many charities working to support people who are homeless in the city together to walk as one.

Together aiming to raise £250,000 to fight against homelessness and support those currently experiencing it, the walkers set off from The Connection at St Martin's at 9 pm for a bracing 10k, half-or-full-marathon length walk through London's chilly, night-time streets.

Before the final numbers are confirmed, it was clear many hundreds of people secured sponsorship and came along in very good cheer to support this important cause, raising awareness and invaluable funds to help the many charities involved with their work.

Thank you to Geoff, Sandra and Nathan for your fantastic effort. Also, a big shoutout to Team leader Nursing and Discharge Coordinator Hellen Wambui for her selfless devotion to supporting Mildmay in numerous ways in addition to her tireless work at the hospital.
