We are pleased to announce the publication of our latest Impact Report. After a year’s pause during the COVID pandemic, we have come back with a big, bright and colourful review, bringing the story of Mildmay's work right up to date.
The report details developments over the last two years in our UK Hospital and with our work overseas, and highlights our ongoing projects and future plans.
We continue to expand our services to address the most pressing needs of vulnerable people living with HIV, people who are street-homeless and now also those with alcohol and/or drug addictions.
We are extremely grateful for the way in which our donors and our health partners support us to continue caring for and bringing back into independent living our patients, with all that they bring with them in terms of vulnerability, stigma, and the struggle toward wholeness.
In Kenya, we continue to expand into new counties, providing HIV services through our growing network of community health volunteers. We have also begun the provision of new services that focus on important areas of gender-based violence and family planning. Not least, we continue to provide support to our sister charity, Mildmay Uganda.
Whilst everything that Mildmay has recently accomplished has been against the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are proud to say that innovation and determination are the hallmarks of who we are as a charity and healthcare provider.
