For the first time, the team took a day out of their intensive and wide-reaching fieldwork to collaboratively define their vision for the future and formally identify Mildmay Kenya's goals and objectives.
The UK and Kenya Boards of Trustees will now help to develop a plan for the future direction of Mildmay Kenya. After a week of touring many of Mildmay Kenya's projects in remote areas over difficult terrain, it's clear that Geoff is quite tired by the time this video was made, but he was still able to bring his cheerful persona and leadership experience to bear to really inspire the fantastic Kenyan team.
