Pressure ulcers can develop quickly in anyone who can’t easily change position, and they are painful, slow to heal and largely preventable. A pressure care mattress uses specially designed foam and air cells to keep pressure moving away from vulnerable areas such as the heels and hips, so that skin stays healthy and patients can concentrate on getting better.

Our mattresses are in near-constant use, and over time they wear out and must be replaced to keep working safely.
