Our previous commercial dishwasher, a crucial piece of kit for maintaining the highest hygiene standards, was quite old and unfortunately suffered from frequent breakdowns. These interruptions significantly impacted our kitchen's efficiency and posed a challenge to keeping up with the essential washing required in a hospital environment.

To ensure we can continue to provide meals safely and maintain impeccable hygiene – which is paramount for our patients' health and recovery – we recently had to replace the old machine with a new, reliable commercial dishwasher: a Hobart Ecomax model, designed for heavy-duty performance.

This essential upgrade cost just under £3,000. While this was an unplanned but necessary expense, having a fully functional, reliable dishwasher is fundamental to our daily operations and directly supports the care we provide.
