Laura Hayes has worked for 10 years as a Director of Fundraising, Marketing and Communications and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She previously worked for the NHS in commissioning and Mind - the National Association of Mental Health. She is married with a son and lives in South Kent.
