This week end Team Mildmay were at Pride in London with bells and whistles on! In fact bells and whistles may have been the only things we didn’t have! There was our special branded Pride selfie frames, props, cut-out celebs, face-painter extraordinaire Gwen and lots of lovely sunshine – we can’t actually take credit for the sunshine but it was in abundance none-the-less!
It was a truly fabulous day with a wonderful atmosphere. Our great team was on hand to talk about our work and met so many lovely people. It was particularly special to meet those those who came over to pass on thanks and compliments about the care either they, or someone they knew had received at Mildmay.
We have to say a huge and heartfelt THANK YOU to our brilliant volunteers who came to support and represent Mildmay on the day – they helped to make a fantastic day perfect!
