For over three decades, Mildmay’s international programmes have partnered with communities across East Africa to build stronger health systems, combining local leadership with charitable support from the UK to improve access to HIV care and inclusive health for people who might otherwise be excluded.

Today, our work is focused in Uganda, where we partner with communities, hospitals and NGOs to strengthen essential services in places where access is limited by geography, poverty or disability.
