Ros is a consultant psychiatrist in the NHS with many years of clinical and management experience. She has served on the Mildmay Board as a trustee since 2004 and has a particular interest in clinical care and training, both in the UK and in sub-Saharan Africa where she has connections with both Uganda and Sierra Leone.
