Why do we need your support?
Quite simply, there are too many people suffering in the world.
Over 33 million people are living with HIV+AIDS worldwide, and 67 per cent of these infected people live in sub-Saharan Africa.
In Africa, 14 million children have been orphaned through AIDS - many have to cope with being HIV-positive themselves.
In the UK the number affected is more than 73,000 and rising by 7,000 a year.
Treating infections, running rehabilitation programmes and delivering life-saving education all require a regular source of income! We get money from government sources for some of our work, but there are still big gaps to fill. We rely on people like you to help us.
